Advancement Project recognizes the power that community voice brings to advancing and sustaining strategic policy change. We strive to involve community members and partner organizations in a collaborative effort of combined knowledge and capacity to research, plan, and advocate within the political contexts of our local and state education systems. In all of Advancement Project’s Education Equity focus areas, we are intentional about supporting and sustaining a model of community voice and coalition building to guide our policy recommendations.
