Bonny Garcia is a founder of Garcia, Hernández, Sawhney, & Bermudez LLP, a law firm with offices in San Diego, Glendale and Oakland representing governmental and corporate clients throughout the State of California. Bonny specializes in negotiations, labor and employment matters and advising governmental entities and their governance teams. Bonny serves as the City Attorney of the City of Delano, outside general counsel for the Garvey School District and Rio Hondo Community College District, and special and negotiations counsel to the Pasadena Unified School District and Bassett Unified School District among others. Bonny has been awarded Martindale & Hubbell’s highest “AV” rating for ethics and competence. American Lawyer Magazine, Corporate Counsel Magazine and the National Law Journal named Bonny a “Top Lawyer” for 2013 in Labor and Employment. The San Diego Daily Transcript named Bonny as a “Top Municipal and Governmental Attorney” for 2010.
